Written by Lisa Marie Salazar - Named Reporter of the Year at Cal Poly Pomona, Lisa lives in California’s Central Valley with her husband and youngest daughter.

Illustrated by Lily Cota - Currently a sophomore in high school and the oldest of four girls. She loves drawing, reading, taking pictures, and running her Etsy shop. She also enjoys being at church and spending time with her friends and family. Lily and her family live in California’s sunny Central Valley.
